Digital Collegium, the professional development network for higher ed digital professionals, has elected four new officers to volunteer leadership positions. We’re excited to welcome each of these individuals for their term of service, even as we thank our departing officers for their contributions.
New officers
New vice president

Shelley Keith-Panulla
Term: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027
The director of web and digital experience at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Shelley Keith-Panulla has spent more than 20 years working in web strategy, content management and digital experience, helping teams navigate the challenges of governance, accessibility and content operations.
An active member of Digital Collegium, she is passionate about helping teams balance strategy, operational realities and user needs in ways that are actually workable.
New secretary

Tiffany Broadbent Beker
Term: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2028
The senior director of integrated marketing at William & Mary, Tiffany Broadbent Beker leads the development and deployment of university-wide integrated marketing strategy to supporting strategic business objectives, including enrollment, advancement and institutional reputation goals. After a few years at two technology startups, she entered the higher education sphere in 2010 and has loved being a part of this community ever since.
She has presented at Digital Collegium, CASE Social Media & Community, Higher Ed Experts’ Higher Ed Social Media Conference and the College Communicators Association of Virginia and D.C. (CCA) Conference. She is the past president of CCA as well as the institutional representative for W&M to the American Council on Education’s Women’s Network for Virginia.
New treasurer

Mark Nakamura
Term: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2028
Mark Nakamura is the senior web manager in the Financial Management Services (FMS) organization at Stanford University. Starting as a web designer in higher education in the early 2000s, Mark took a break to work in the corporate world doing website management for e-commerce and banking organizations. He returned to higher ed more than 10 years ago by leading the development of Stanford’s HR and financial websites.
With now over 15 years of working in higher education, Mark is appreciative of the opportunities and experience he has gained and is excited to give back to the Digital Collegium community.
New parliamentarian

Amanda Coltri
Term: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2028
Amanda Coltri is director of digital strategy and engagement at Bryn Mawr College, where her work focuses on improving user experience, data-informed decision making and the planning and development of the college’s digital communications ecosystem.
She holds a doctorate from Rowan University, where her research centered on transition-to-college social support, the evolution and future of digital student support services, the impact of new technologies on higher education communications strategies and asset-based support models for first-generation learners.
